Tom has a proven track record of developing and delivering high quality and high profile cultural projects.
Having started young with the DIY Collective in Scarborough, Tom has over 22 years professional experience in the sector with a plethora of strategic and operational oversight. From board and senior management level in multi million pound arts organisations and local community organisations to full facilities management and training provision.
Tom’s passion for the arts and competency as a Manager and in administration makes him an asset for any project.
Currently engaged as General Manager for Kelburn Arts (Ltd) T/A Kelburn Garden Party and as Festival Coordinator for the Beltane Fire Society.
Tom lives in Edinburgh with his partner Laura, a Drag performer and Play Therapist and their daughter Maya.


Makes/Builds/Costume
Tom has a a vast experience of making and building items, props and decor for festivals.
From large scale projects including Dance Aerial Rigs, Fire Arches and interactive wheels of fortune to small and intricate headwear and jewellery and costume.
